Dividend Payment

The Company has the policy to pay dividends to shareholders not less than 40% of the remaining net profit after deducting corporate income tax and all reserves and the dividend payment shall not affect the Company's operations and financial position, as well as the Company's liquidity in business operations and expansion as necessary in accordance with future plans and other factors related to the Company's management or the Board of Directors deemed appropriate. The resolution of the Board of Directors considering such matters shall be presented for approval by the shareholders' meeting, unless it is an interim dividend payment which the Board of Directors has the authority to approve the payment and will report in the next shareholders’ meeting.
