This code of conduct is the basis for the conduct of directors, executives and employees of Multibax Public Company Limited (the "Company") by taking into account the rights and obligations of stakeholders, within the legal framework, the company's code of conduct, ethics, integrity and equality to ensure the correct conduct which is socially acceptable and will result in the sustainable growth of the Company's operation.
The Company continuously review and update the Company's “Work Ethics and Code of Conduct” The Audit Committee handled this task and let it be approved by the Board of Directors at the meeting No. 4/2018 on April 24, 2018 under the agenda of ethics and work practices of the Company.
