Anti-Corruption Policy, Work Ethics and Practices

The Company recognizes the importance of conducting and managing its business with integrity, transparency, accountability, responsibility to our society and all stakeholders. To show the commitment to this policy, the company has expressed and announced its intention to join the “Thai Private Sector Collective Action Against Corruption” to demonstrate its intention and commitment to fight with the corruption in all forms in order to create a clean business operation standard. All the company executives and employees must comply with this Anti-Corruption Policy by prohibiting the offering, demanding, executing, or accepting bribes or any other benefits with the corrupt intention to obtain or maintain the benefits for themselves or others. In addition, the company has promulgated “Work Ethics and Code of Conduct” to promote the values of honesty, integrity, and responsibility in the performance of duties. The company support the strengthening of directors, executives, employees, and persons involved in the company's operation, to understand, be aware and cooperate in any way that will be useful in combating and preventing the corruption. The company aims to be a transparent and corruption-free organization and maintain no involvement in any form of corruption. As well, the company has aimed to become an organization that is responsible to the society, operate with the good practices to all stakeholders including the shareholders, customers, partners and business competitors.
