Message from the Chairman on the Anti-Corruption Policy

The Company recognizes the importance of conducting and managing its business with integrity, transparency, accountability, responsibility to our society and all stakeholders. To show the commitment to this policy, the company has expressed and announced its intention to join the “Thai Private Sector Collective Action Against Corruption” to demonstrate its intention and commitment to fight with the corruption in all forms in order to create a clean business operation standard. All the company executives and employees must comply with this Anti-Corruption Policy by prohibiting the offering, demanding, executing, or accepting bribes or any other benefits with the corrupt intention to obtain or maintain the benefits for themselves or others. The company promote the values of honesty, integrity, and responsibility in the performance of duties and support the strengthening of directors, executives, employees, and persons involved in the company's operation, to understand, be aware and cooperate in any way that will be useful in combating and preventing the corruption. The company aims to be a transparent and corruption-free organization and maintain no involvement in any form of corruption.

In order to show the commitment against the corruption and to get the result from this policy implementation, the company has laid out and updated the practices and principle to fight with the corruption continuously and to be tally with the situation, regulations and related laws. To do this, the company has publicized the anti-corruption policy via the company website and all internal communicating channels both internal and external so all related parties will be aware and implement properly. For Those who violate this practice on anti-corruption policy may receive the ultimate punishment.
