Charter of the Board of Directors

The Board of Directors of the Company, as the representative of the shareholders, plays an important role in determining the direction of the Company's business as well as supervising the management of the Company in accordance with the regulations, objectives and the Company's Articles of Association to create value for the business and for the best interests of the Company and its shareholders in the long term.

The Board of Directors recognizes the importance of good governance principles to build the confidence among the shareholders and all stakeholders. Each director will perform his/her duty responsibly, honest and vigilant to protect the interests of the company, complying with the laws and regulations, objectives written in the Articles of Association and Resolution of the Board of Directors as well as the resolutions of the shareholders' meeting.
