Succession Plan Policy

Succession Plan Policy : The purpose of the policy is to develop a human resource management system to support the Company's business growth and to support human resource management in the event of a potential crisis in order to ensure that the Company's business operations are sustainable and in line with the various business situations encountered by the Company. In addition, this human resource can be rotated to perform duties in other positions, either temporarily or permanently.

To achieve the objectives mentioned above, the Board of Directors has assigned the Company Secretary to work with the Human Resources Department to formulate the succession plan policy. This is to prepare for the recruitment and selection and to prepare the qualified personnel to fill up the important positions ("Main Positions") that may be vacant or expanded in the future, appropriately.
