Anti-Corruption Policy

Multibax Public Company Limited (the "Company") committed to conducting the business with integrity, transparency, ethic and having the accountability to society and stakeholders in accordance with the principles of good corporate governance. As such, the Company has participated in th "Thai Private Sector Collective Action Against Corruption"  to demonstrate its intention and commitment to Anti-corruption in all forms so to create a valid business standard and promulgate the "Anti-Corruption Policy" as a clear guideline for business operations and will regularly review the Company's operating procedures to get them to comply with the regulation, business changes and the company image. As such, the company's directors, executives, employees or any other person concerned must comply with the policy.
